Family,
The Edwards Family is so saddened to hear of Darrell's passing. We've known The Washburn Family for years. We lived only 2 doors down way back when Darrell was in the service. Pretty sure he and our brother Gary served at the same time as Darrell and Tracy. We rode bicycle's with Tommy all up and down G street. We remember when they lost their mother Lina & their father Warren so many years ago and we supported The family through the good and bad days. Darrell had his life full of his family and yet he would always stop in and visit. Even more so when our dad passed. He spoke at his funeral. He would come and check on our mother Mrs. Edwards and make sure his neighbors had everything they needed. We will never forget his kindness and the world needs more like him. Darrell had a huge heart no doubt about it. He loved The Lord, and it showed. He was a good dad to his children, and there wasn't a thing he wouldn't do for any of them. He was happy with his wife Dawn and a good family man. We never saw Darrell without a huge smile! And he cheered everyone up. He never met a stranger! Please know our hearts and prayers are with each and every one of you. We will never forget his kindness. God Bless and keep you all and hold you when the days are hard. We love you all so very much.
Sincerely,
The Edwards Family
