Maxine Ruth (Wiggins) Bellomy, age 87, passed away on January 6, 2020, in Oklahoma City. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm, Saturday, January 11, 2020, in The Chapel at Griffin ~ Hillcrest with Minister Bob Smee officiating. Private interment to follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park. Maxine was born on December 29, 1932, in Charles Thomas Wiggins and Lillie Mae (Davidson) Wiggins. She married James Fredrick “Fred” Bellomy, on March 15, 1949. She attended Kenton, Oklahoma Public Schools. Maxine was a member of McLish Avenue Church of Christ. She was also a member of the Secret Sister Club. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, infant son, Roger Wayne Bellomy, sister, Addeen Faubus, and son-in-law, Richard Taylor. Maxine is survived by her daughters, Freida Taylor, of Marietta, Okla., and Barbara Williams, and husband, Dariel, of Duncan, Okla. Five grandchildren: Kevin Taylor and wife, Christie, of Wynnewood, Okla., Shawna McGehee, and husband, Gregg, of Marietta, Okla., Keith Williams, of Duncan, Okla., Misty Blanton, and husband, Drew, of Duncan, Okla., and Daryl Williams, of Dallas, TX. Nine great-grandchildren: Jericho and Keelan Taylor, Garrett, Briggom, Caleb and Claire McGehee, Karlie and Kaylie Williams and Ryder Blanton. Sister, Gladys Williams of Canyon, TX, and brother, Charles Wiggins, of Bemidji, MN.
