Rebecca Ann Collins, age 70, passed away on March 30, 2024, in Ardmore, Okla. Memorial services will be 2:00pm, Monday, April 8th, 2024, in the Chapel at Griffin ~ Hillcrest Funeral Home with Pastor Steve Wall officiating.

Rebecca was born in Ardmore, Okla. on July 25, 1953, to Raymond Palmer and Millie (Phillips) Palmer. She attended Dickson Schools. She married Tracy Washburn and that marriage ended. She then married Jackie Collins in Ardmore, Okla. She worked in housekeeping at Holiday Inn, numerous nursing homes and WinStar World Casino. Rebecca loved to travel, watch her grandchildren play sports and spending time with them.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Jackie Collins, daughter, Melanie French, brothers, John Palmer, Jimmy Palmer, Raymond Palmer, Jr., and David Palmer, sisters, Norma Higginbotham and Glenda Linderman.

Rebecca is survived by her daughter, Stacy Palmer and husband, Kenneth Toles, sons, Conan Collins, and Triton Collins, twelve grandchildren, and fourteen great-great-grandchildren. Sister, Lahoma Lowe and two brothers, Winston Palmer, and James Palmer.
