Jaynell Lee Walls went to her heavenly home on Tuesday, February 13, 2024. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 pm, Tuesday, February 20, 2024, at Rose Hill Cemetery with Rev. Russell and Bonnie Horn officiating.

Jaynell was born in Ardmore, Okla. on July 11, 1957 to Willard Walls and Pearl Holden Walls. She attended Ardmore Schools. She worked at various jobs in the Ardmore area in her early life.

Jaynell enjoyed being a member of a local martial arts school where she earned the rank of brown belt before leaving to care for her mother after her father passed away. Shortly after her mother passed, she moved and lived in Fort Worth, TX, Joplin, MO, Duncan, Ok and then moved back to Ardmore where she spent the remainder of her life with family and friends and volunteering at Sunshine Adult Day Services helping her niece and others.

Jaynell will be remembered by family and friends for her love, sense of humor and especially cruising the backroads of Oklahoma and Texas.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Willard, and Pearl.

She was a beloved sister to Wendell Walls (wife Renae) of Okla., Willard Walls (wife Betty) of Okla., Argus Walls (wife Debbie) of Okla., Mary Walls Shields (husband Tim) of Okla. her nieces and nephews, Chris, Jamie, Stacy, Will, Michelle, Joseph, Tamaya and Matthew and many great-nieces, great- nephews, cousins and friends.

Pallbearers are Tim Shields, Wendell Walls, Willard Walls, Argus Walls, Joseph Walls and Matthew Walls.

Family visitation will be held from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm, Monday, February 19, 2024, at Griffin Funeral Home.
