Cynthia Ann “Cindy” Laughlin, age 60, passed away on January 21, 2024, in Ardmore, Okla. Funeral services were held at 2:00 pm, Thursday, January 25, 2024, in the Chapel at Griffin~Hillcrest. Services will end in the chapel. Private interment to follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park. Cindy was born in Ardmore, Okla. on December 15, 1963 to Martha Fay (Pursely) Hembree and William Walker Hembree. She attended Madill Schools. She became a C.N.A. and worked in local nursing homes and private home health care. Cindy was devoted to the care of her family. Cindy loved to go fishing and would go any time she could. She enjoyed caring for her animals. She liked to keep busy by coloring in her adult coloring books. Cindy was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star. She attended church at the Family Christian Center in Madill, Okla. Cindy is preceded in death by her parents, and one sister in-law, Ladonua Hembree. Cindy is survived by her daughter, Crystal Blasius, three grandchildren, Brittany Westergren, Savana Bogue, and Madison Bogue, five great-grandchildren, siblings, Linda Keller and husband, Rick, William Hembree, and Dannie Hembree and wife, Mary. Numerous nieces, nephews and a host of family and friends.
