Wendy Sue Devine, age 64, passed away on November 9, 2023, in Ardmore, Okla. Private family services were held. Cremation with care under the direction of Griffin~Hillcrest Crematory.
Wendy was born on February 24, 1959, to Betty Ann Richter and Thomas R. Devine in Jersey City, New Jersey. Wendy graduated from Bayonne High School and attended classes at New Jersey City University. She served in the United States Navy as a Radio Operator Second Class. Wendy was employed as a secretary and worked in automotive detailing.
She is preceded in death by her grandparents, May A. and Charles H. Richter and father, Thomas R. Devine.
Wendy is survived by her mother, Betty Ann Richter, sisters, Pamela Paparone (Philip) and Robin Dunikoski (Leonard), four nieces and nephews, seven great nieces and nephews, companion Paul Wiseman, many friends and two beloved pets, Olivia May and Koko.
