Kurt Streeter (Wolfman) Wolfe, age 63, passed away on October 3, 2023, in Ardmore, Okla. A memorial service will be held at 10:30 am, Saturday, October 14, 2023, in The Chapel at Griffin ~ Hillcrest Funeral Home. Kurt was born in Albuquerque, New Mexico, on November 11, 1959, to Earl Wolfe and Arden (Streeter) Wolfe. The family followed his father’s career in the United States Airforce. He was a graduate from LD Bell High School in Hurst, TX with The Class of 1978. He was an avid bull rider and traveled the United States riding wherever he could. Kurt moved to Ardmore in 1980 and married Debbie and from that marriage came Christopher Streeter Wolfe. That marriage ended in 1981. Kurt was a cofounding member of The Mother Chapter of The Forsaken Few on New Year’s Day of 1981. He carried all offices at one time including the State President of the local chapter. He met Cheryl Wilson at the clubhouse and they got together on April 16, 1983. On June 25, 1999 they got married in Durango, CO. He worked as a truck driver for Joe Brown and Paul Brightwell Dirt Works in the Ardmore area. He retired in June of 2023. He enjoyed trout fishing in Colorado, watching Nascar, and riding his motorcycle. Kurt loved his dogs and leaves behind Cami Sue, Pudding and Luna. Kurt was preceded in death by his mother. Kurt is survived by his father, Earl Wolfe of Bedford, TX., wife, Cheryl Wolfe, of the home, son, Christopher Streeter Wolfe and wife, Kacey of Euless, TX, step-sons, Jeffrey Henson and wife, Nickie of Ardmore, Andy Henson and wife, Jen of Ardmore, seven grandchildren; Cody Wolfe, Marinda McGahan, Masen Henson, Katey Henson, Kris Henson, Lucie Henson, and Lydia Henson, sister, Diane Wolfe of Bedford, TX. and his brothers of The Forsaken Few. Serving as honorary bearers will be his brothers of The Forsaken Few.
