While growing up in the hood NE Ardmore, OK Betty was an angel to all of us neighborhood children. She made sure we all had a warm meal. I am so grateful because my momma always worked evenings at the hospital. Betty always had a smile for us and a genuine huge heart of gold! I know dealing with extra kids had to be hard at times but Betty never, ever showed that! I am so very thankful that I had a friend in Betty. When times were hard, she opened her home to us all. I know I will see Betty in Heaven. I'm so thankful to of had Betty as a second momma and I really don't know how bad things could've been without her being there for us kids. Praying for Betty's family. May God truly hold you during this time.
