Larry Don Ellis, age 82, passed away on December 6, 2022 in Ardmore, Okla. Graveside services will be held at 2:00pm, Friday, December 9, 2022, at Hillcrest Memorial Park with Pastor Paul Martin Officiating.

Larry was born on September 17, 1940, to Ernie Ellis and Dora (Butler) Ellis.

He attended and graduated from Springer High School. He married Miss Marilyn Davis on September 14, 1962. Larry then started his career in carpentry. He attended Crystal Rock Cathedral. He loved gardening and would share his crops with many of family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Marilyn Ellis, and brothers, Dennis Ellis and Mark Ellis.

Larry is survived by his sister, Jane Rutledge of Graham, Okla., sister-in-law, Sue Ellis, of Ardmore, niece, Jeanie Martin and husband Paul, niece, Gerdania Gather, nephew, Dawayne Cullins, nephew, Brad Ellis and wife, Brenda, niece, Brenda Ellis, and numerous nieces and nephews.
