Obituary of Reagan Gregory Sampson

Reagan Gregory Sampson, age 29, passed away on February 7, 2022, in Ardmore, Okla. Graveside services will be 10:30am, Monday, February 14, 2022, at Nelda Cemetery with The Reverend Vincent Baptiste officiating. Reagan was born on December 17, 1992, to Dennis Sampson and Kathy (Green) Sampson. He attended Lone Grove Schools, where he played football and excelled at basketball. He worked at JR’s Corner as a cashier until his passing. Reagan loved going fishing, listening to music and getting together a basketball game with his friends. He was happiest when spending time with his children. He was preceded in death by his father, Dennis Sampson, his maternal grandparents, Marvin and Nyla Green and paternal grandparents, Alfred and Irene Mose. Reagan is survived by his mother, Kathy Sampson, four children; Cason Sampson, Caedan Sampson, Jordyn Hornback, and Kendrin Sampson, siblings; Staci Sampson, Zachary Sampson and wife, Novina, Tyler Sampson, Ashleigh Sampson, Hailey Sampson, Breanna Sampson and Aaron Green and wife, Laura. Uncle, Johnny Sampson and wife, Joyce, aunt, Barbara Shoemaker, uncle, Steven Mose and a host of great aunts, great uncles, nieces, nephews, family and friends. Casket bearers will be Aaron Green, Tyler Sampson, Nathan Landeros Wallace, Chris Sampson, Zach Sampson and Steven Mose. Prayer services will be held from 6:00pm until 8:00pm, Sunday, February 13, 2022, in The Chapel at Griffin ~ Hillcrest.
