Vanessa D. Moore, age 58, passed away on December 14, 2016, at Ardmore, Okla. Private services are to be held at a later date.
Vanessa was born on October 11, 1958, in Colorado to Clarence Moore and Barilla (Lappin) Moore. Her family moved to Lake Arthur, Louisiana, where she attended and graduated from Lake Arthur High School. She enjoyed working in construction and worked all over the country. She met Kenneth Gary two years ago at Lake Arthur and they have been inseparable to this date. Vanessa loved to ride with Kenneth on their Harley all over the United States. She enjoyed spending time caring for her dogs.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother.
Vanessa is survived by Kenneth, of the home, daughters: Amber Moore of Las Vegas, Nevada, and Cheyenne Benoit of Jennings, Louisiana, and two grandchildren.
