Obituary of Aaron Paul Jacob Lavers

Aaron Paul Jacob Lavers, age 28, passed away on May 17, 2016, at Ardmore, Okla. Memorial services will be held at 2:00 pm, Wednesday, May 25, 2016, in The Chapel at Griffin~Hillcrest with Pastor Donny Custar officiating. Aaron was born on June 30, 1987, to Vera “Cissy” (Blanton) Lavers and David Lavers, at Oklahoma City, Okla. Aaron grew up in the Ardmore and Mannsville areas his whole life. He attended Mannsville, Dickson, and Ardmore schools. In his adult life, he worked with his Uncle Allen and Grandfather Dan Blanton in masonry work for a long time. For the last six months, he worked at Blue Bonnet Feed. Aaron straightened his life up and was doing great for himself. He was a loving father, and an even better son and brother. His hobbies included fishing, working on vehicles, and tattoos. Aaron was a wonderful uncle to his many nieces and nephews. His smile was always there for you when you needed it most, and he had an open and caring heart. Aaron will be missed by family and friends for the rest of our lives. His loss is felt by many. He was preceded in death by his three papas: Dan Blanton, Sr., Turk Lavers, and Bud Hollwegner, aunt, Bennie Blanton, great-aunt, Vivian Kent, great-grandma, Vera Blanton, and brother, Dallas Hays. Aaron is survived by his mother, Cissy Sexton, daddy, Bryan Sexton, father, David Lavers, daughters: Jalin Lavers and Emma Lavers, and son, Kreedence Lavers. Nana, Fay Blanton, and grandma, Shirley Hollwegner. Three sisters: Krista Wells, and husband, Matt Wells, Ashley Robinson and Roger Worley, and Christine Hays, brothers: Eric Hays, and JL Smith, nephews: Hayden, Tylen, Jude, and Odin, and nieces: Mahayla, Carlah and Alyssa. Numerous aunts and uncles, and special forever friends: Laurie Martin and Kelsey Henley.
