Steven Gene Rainer, age 60, passed away on Tuesday, June 21, 2016, at Ardmore, Okla.
A private celebration of life is planned with interment to follow in Provence Cemetery.
Steven was born to A.G. “Cotton” Rainer and Elsie Janette (Blundell) Rainer at Madill, Okla. He was a graduate of Dickson High School. Steven worked as a roofer in construction. He also would cut and sell firewood to businesses such as Sante Fe Steakhouse, Rib Crib, and other restaurants throughout the community. Steven loved to do yard work and work in the garden.
He was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters: Clara Richards and Audrey Rainer.
Steven is survived by his brother, Tony Rainer, and a host of aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews, and friends. Special friends: Kelly E. Henson, and Bill and Mindy Higgins.
