Frankie Lee LaRoche, age 88, passed away on Friday, August 26, 2016, at Ardmore, Okla. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm, Tuesday, August 30, 2016, in The Chapel at Griffin~Hillcrest, with Pastor Robert Lee officiating. Interment will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park, Ardmore, Okla.
Frankie was born on February 19, 1928, at Stockton, California, to Wallace D Smith and Grace N. (Tripp) Smith. Frankie attended high school in Norman, Okla. She married Earl LaRoche on June 22, 1946, in Norman, Okla. Frankie was a homemaker for most of her life. She loved working in her garden and when her husband Earl was living, the couple loved to go out dancing until all hours of the night. She will be remembered as a loving wife and mother.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Earl LaRoche, and son, Ronald Lee LaRoche.
Frankie is survived by nephew, Dale Marr, and wife, Sue, of Ardmore, Okla.
