Christie Lloyd (Dugger) Duncan, age 41, passed away on Friday evening, March 31, 2017, at Ardmore, Okla. Private family services will be held. Cremation services under the direction of Griffin~Hillcrest Funeral Home of Ardmore, Okla. Christie was born on November 9, 1975, to Donna Mae Kerby and Daniel Morris Dugger at Garland, Texas. She worked for Burger King for many years as a cashier and was in charge of the drive through. Christie loved to draw and color and had a talent for writing poetry. She enjoyed being with her friends and family. Christie will be remembered as a loving mother, daughter, aunt, and friend. She was preceded in death by her infant daughter, Jaden Myra Deanna Duncan, father, Daniel Duger, mother, Donna Mae Kerby, aunt, Cindy Kerby, and uncle, James “Larry” Kerby. Christie is survived by her children: daughter, Amanda Mae Kerby, of Ardmore, and son, Keegan Christopher Ruel Kerby, of Ardmore. Brother, Daniel Billy Kerby of Gainesville, Texas, and sister, April Lynn Howell of Ardmore. Nephews: Jeryn Evans, Justin Kerby, Jamie Kerby, and Boe Howell, niece, Bailey Kerby, great-niece, Kerby Lloyd Graves, and great-nephew, Grayson Kerby. Serving as honorary bearers will be her husband, James Duncan, members of The Forsaken Few, and her nephews. Condolences may be left at www.griffinhillcrest.com.
