In loving memory of Gilbert Paul Loveland, who passed away on Thursday, February 8, 2024, at 82 years old surrounded by his family at his home in Ardmore, Oklahoma. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, February 14, 2024, in The Chapel at Griffin~Hillcrest Funeral Home of Ardmore. Dr. Alton Fannin will officiate. Cremation to follow under the direction of Griffin-Hillcrest Funeral Home.

Gilbert was born on May 25, 1941, to Mr. Elmer Harry Loveland and Mrs. Myrtle Buelah (Lee) Loveland in Jefferson City, Missouri. Gilbert married Miss. Jeanie Edna Findley on December 3, 1960, at Salida, California. He began working as a truck driver and loader operator when he was 21 years old. He loved his job and worked for over forty years in Manteca and Tracy, California.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Elmer and Myrtle Loveland, nine siblings, and son, Tim Loveland.

Gilbert is survived by his wife of 63 years, Jeanie Loveland, children, Jeff Loveland and wife, Della, Chris Hill and wife, Alyce, and Carolyn Bisbee and husband, Dan, twelve grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Viewing will be held on Tuesday, from 8:00 am until 8:00 pm, at Griffin~Hillcrest.
