Colby was such a good kid. He was always around hanging out with Will and the other boys. I'll miss him as long as I'm alive. His death has left a huge hole in so many hearts. He was so full of kindness and laughter. He was the jester among his peers and was constantly doing things to make people laugh.

I never knew him but know his dear mother Robin. I am sadden to hear of her family loss. When I saw his picture on Facebook no one had to say Barb that is Robin’s son because he looks just like her. I know he has to be a man full of life and energy because his mother was in high school. His mom has a spark and I see that in his eyes as well. I rejoice that he accepted Christ. I am once again sorry about this tragedy. Will keep y’all in prayer Sincerely and in Christ Barbara Bailey

I loved Colby and am so sad to hear of his passing. Just wanted to say that I remember you, Colby, as a sweet, respectful, young man with a quiet disposition. I moved to Ardmore in the 3rd grade and graduated from Plainview High in 2006 with Colby. He was always a kind hearted, very funny, easy-going guy. He could make ANYONE laugh and provided comedic relief at what seemed like the most stressful times during those years of becoming an adult. I lost touch with Colby after high school graduation but am deeply saddened to hear of his passing. My prayers are with his family and loved ones. God Bless. -Clint Merritt
