Stuart Courtland Davis, age 49, passed away on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, in Ardmore, Okla. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 AM, Tuesday, January 13, 2026, at Durwood Cemetery, Madill, Okla., with The Reverend Tommy Meely officiating.

Stuart was born on January 25, 1976, to Jerry Davis and Serena (Ensharkey) Davis in Ardmore, Okla. He attended Ardmore Schools. He worked in various restaurants part time. Stuart was a very hardworking Christian person. He would help in ways we could depend on. He would make sure he took care of his mom. He would even lend help to the homeless and people all around him. Stuart had a good heart and you never, ever, heard him complain. In his spare time, he would put model airplanes together, which he has been doing since he was a child.

He was preceded in death by his father, Jerry Davis, grandfather, Mike Davis Sr., grandmother, Martha L. Tubby, aunt and uncle, Gloria and Alonzo Baptiste, and uncles, Ken Davis, Mike Davis II, James Davis, and Patrick Davis.

Stuart is survived by his mother, Serena Wilmond and husband, Marcus, sisters, Bonnie Davis and Tanya Coles and husband Glenn, all of Ardmore, Okla., aunt, Donna Spottedcorn, and numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.

Pallbearers will be Arthur Williamson III, Glenn Coles, Mike Joe, Curtis Ned, Michael Ned and Daniel Meely.

Visitation will be held on Monday evening, from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm, January 12, 2025, at Griffin ~ Hillcrest Funeral Home, Ardmore.
