Judy Othell Ramsey, age 72, passed away in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, on Sunday, December 7, 2025. Private services were held.

Judy was born on October 8, 1953, to J.B. Ramsey Jr. and Erma Lewis Ramsey in Hobbs, New Mexico. The family moved to Ardmore, Oklahoma, in 1958. She attended Lincoln Elementary School and Mt. Washington School. Judy moved back to Hobbs for a time as a healthcare worker. She later moved back to Ardmore where she continued working in the healthcare industry. Judy dedicated much of her working life to serving others as a Nurse’s Aide. Her compassion and commitment to helping those in need were evident throughout her career, leaving a lasting impact on those she cared for.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one son, Doug Flanary, and one brother, Jackie Ramsey.

Judy is survived by her sister, Sandra Byrne, brother, Randy Ramsey, numerous nieces and nephews, and a host of family and friends.
