Clarence Lee Parker, age 78, passed away on December 1, 2025, in Wilson, Okla. No services are pending at this time. Cremation under the care of Griffin ~ Hillcrest Funeral Home.
Clarence was born on January 2, 1947, in Gainesville, Texas, to Elmo Parker and Alta (Camp) Parker.
Clarence attended Lone Grove Schools in Oklahoma. He enlisted to serve his country in the US Air Force where he served as an air plane flight mechanic. He received his honorable discharge in 1969. He returned to the Lone Grove area, where he began his career as a welder. Clarence then went into truck driving, owned his own hot shot rig, and retired in 1998. He married Karen Sue Goss McMillan in Galveston, TX on January 7, 2002.
Clarence enjoyed spending his time outside in the garden, feeding his birds and going fishing whenever he could. Family was everything to him, he would laugh and joke with them when he could but just being with them was what he loved the most.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Elmo Parker and Alta (Camp) Parker, daughter, Tammy Freck, son, Darren Parker, and sister, Debbie Sullivan.
Clarence is survived by his wife, Karen Parker, sons; Chad McMillan and Brandon McMillan, six grandchildren; Brittany Freck Shetley, Dustin Parker, Dillon Parker, Jay Leon McMillan, Ava McMillan, and Chance McMillan, and numerus great-grandchildren. Sister; Sharon Phelps, brother-in-law, Larry Sullivan, son-in-law, Dale Freck, nephews; Jason Phelps, Eric Phelps, Charlie McNeily, and Kevin McNeily, life-long friends, Eddie Dill, and AJ McMillan and his two fur babies; Sissy and Baby Cat.
