Kathryn Annette Williamson, age 81, passed away on June 9, 2025, in Ardmore, Okla. A celebration of life will be held at 3:00 PM, Thursday, June 12, 2025, at The H2O Church of Ardmore, Okla. with Pastor Jonah Holbrook officiating. Services are under the direction of the family.

Kathryn was born on September 17, 1943, to Elmer Holbrook and Hilda (Pfortmiller) Holbrook in Gene Autry, Okla. She was a graduate of Plainview Schools with the Class of 1961 and played basketball for the Red Heads. She met the love of her life on the basketball court when Cecil was a basketball coach at Wilson. She married Cecil Williamson on December 27, 1965, in Ardmore, Okla.

The couple settled in Tishomingo in 1965, following Cecil’s job until 1971 when they moved to Ardmore. When Cecil went to work for Uniroyal, Kathryn took a job there as well in 1987 and then shortly after for the Oklahoma Blood Bank until 2004.

Kathryn loved to support her children and grandchildren in sports and would be at any game she could. She enjoyed going to estate sales, garage sales and resale shops.

She was preceded in death by her parents, sister, Barbara Bussell, brother, Jerry Holbrook and grandson, Joshua Collett.

Kathryn is survived by her husband of 59 years, Cecil Williamson, children, Cecilia Juengermann and husband Lee, TraCe Collett and husband Todd, Jill Harper and husband Brad, and Jacob Williamson and wife Heather. Fourteen grandchildren; Dietrich, Colton, Cody, Devin, Dylan, Darci, Konor, Kayla, London, Logan, Lane, Luke, Paige, and Archer. Ten great-grandchildren, sister, Carolyn Day, sister-in-law, Barbara Holbrook, brother-in-law, Wayne Williamson and numerus nieces and nephews.
