Troy Lee Harris Jr., (PeeWee), age 58, went to be with his heavenly father on May 20, 2023, in Ardmore, Oklahoma. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 PM, Saturday, May 27th, 2023, in The Chapel at Griffin-Hillcrest with Pastor Fred Johnson Officiating. Cremation to follow under the care of Griffin ~ Hillcrest. Troy was born September 22, 1964 in Ardmore, Oklahoma to Virginia Harris and Troy Cantley. He was a devoted father to his children and he loved telling people about their accomplishments. He was an avid fisherman and golfer. He loved spending his days off fishing with his friends. He had a smile that could light up a room. His affectionate laugh could change any moment to a joyful one. Troy’s love for his family and friends is something that will be a lasting image of him. One thing he was always ready to do was barbecue for any event. Troy loved to cook for others. He worked at Holiday Inn for 36 years as a Maintenance Technician before retiring. He was a devoted fan of the Dallas Cowboys and the Oklahoma Sooners. He loved spending time with friends; always reminiscing on baseball games and his football high school state championship. He will be dearly missed by family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother Charles Evans, sister Patricia Piggee, Troy is survived by his daughters Danyelle Rankin, JaMia Cody, and son, JaMarcus Cody. His grandchildren; Jaylah Stubblefield, Zyon Franklin, Evelyn Cody, and Cayden Cody, sisters; Regina Lott, Tena Cantley, Barbara Cantley and husband Brian Carr, Sonya Piggee and husband Kenneth Cheadle, Lynn Piggee, Kim Piggee, Sharon Piggee, Cynthia Pickens, brothers; Larry Harris, Johnny Harris, Ambus Cantley and wife JoAnn, Robert Cantley and wife Keisha Thompson, Elmer Piggee, and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends. Visitation will be Friday, May 26th, 2023 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Griffin ~ Hillcrest Funeral Home in Ardmore, Oklahoma.
